We accompany and support organizations in case of questions referring to modifications in economically challenging periods of growth-conditioned changes. For this reason we have optimized conventional change management methods in order to apply the digital moderation:
Realize the Need for Change In specially designed workshops we will identify those external impulses that can be critical for the success of your company. These impulses can be, for example, technological developments, a change of customer needs as well as changes in the political or legal environment. Later on, we will determine, again in cooperation with our customers, the internal areas that are primarily affected by certain external impulses in order to focus on these areas during the transformation program.
Only noticing the factually essential changes will be insufficient if you want to lead your organization to success. The disposition and competence of both, managers and employees, are prerequisites for a change of the current situation. In addition to the staff members and the leadership there are the processes, structures, strategies and the organizational culture that can favor or constrain a modification process. With the help of a questionnaire we collect operational and psychological data that will serve us as factors. In doing so, we will be able to make a reliable statement about your capabilities and your disposition to change or to counterbalance, if necessary.
After having cleared the current situation (actual situation) we will define, in a corporate meeting with our customers, targets for the upcoming change (required situation). Subsequently, we will develop a strategy with which these targets can be achieved fast and economically. This strategy will be refined in single activities for different business area of your organization.
Implementing the Strategy If there were justifiable reasons to elaborate the strategy only with the management, now it would be time to familiarize the staff members with the final results. At the same time it is essential to promote the understanding for the necessary measures and to encourage the employees to collaborate. In this way we make sure that the success of the change will not fail due to reluctance. In case the strategy demands new abilities from your employees, we will provide an appropriate training.
Realization of the Change For the realization of the change we compile a pilot scheme followed by other schemes. The employees will assume responsibility for the single projects. In doing so, they can profit from the change because it increases their motivation to elaborate the transformation process successfully. In collaboration with our customers we decide which activities are suitable for pilot projects. The pilot projects are selected in this manner that your organization will have success within a short time, will experience exceptionally much for the succeeding projects or will solve problems of high priority. Subsequently we accompany the procedure of following projects.
Control of the transformation results We will observe the results of the transformation considering afore elaborated targets. Then we will control if the targets of the change have been achieved in all areas of your organization. In case of a necessary subsequent improvement we will initiate the required measures. At the same time we ensure that your employees will not fall back into old patterns of performance.
Sustainability of the Change Your company shall be prepared for future challenges in business. A professional and economic suggestion scheme, continuous improvement processes, teams of experts or quality circles can help to notice necessary changes in an early phase and to avoid a crisis situation. In collaboration of the leadership we will elaborate measures in order to prevent future crises.
